While the core architectural principles of business scaling are universal and form our foundational modules, the application phases are intensely bespoke. Cohorts are small, allowing mentors to tailor deep-dives specifically to the operational realities of the admitted founders' enterprises.

We select for demonstrated traction and intellectual humility. Candidates must have scaled an entity past the conceptual stage (minimum $5M ARR) and possess the self-awareness to dismantle their own operational biases under scrutiny.

Graduation marks the beginning of induction into the Ascent Syndicate. This closed network operates through quarterly closed-door summits, encrypted capital-allocation boards, and reciprocal advisory mandates among alumni.
